KAHUNA GROUP CRUISE TO THE SOUTHERN CARIBBEAN

JANUARY 22 - FEBRUARY 1, 1999

Well, we had another FANTASTIC CRUISE.  This time we went on  CARNIVAL'S FABULOUS MS JUBILEE for 10 GLORIOUS, sunny days.  The itinerary included the BEAUTIFUL islands of Tortola, Virgin Gorda, Martinique, St. Thomas,  Barbados, and Serena Cay.  With all these islands there was plenty for us to do.

Joe L. and his family enjoyed a day of horseback riding on the beaches of St. Thomas.  Dawn L. received her certification in scuba diving while we were at Barbados and Lindsay L. had a 13th birthday celebration with all our waiters (including Dawn's favorite waiter Marco).

Speaking of favorites, we found the 24 hour Pizza Parlor a great place to meet after dancing at the Disco. And who was the Head Pizza Chef's favorite person? It appears Erika H. had that honor.  Pizza anyone? Kidding aside, the Pizza Parlor is a great idea.

Getting back to the Disco, the man of the hour was Al  S.  Al had all the ladies going crazy as he tore up the floor and burned the pole (Sheila S. must still be wondering where Al learned to pole dance).  By the way, I'm wondering where Nora P. learned the dollar in the mouth trick when she went to tip Al ??? Anyway, it was a lot of fun and everyone had a great time.

But, dancing wasn't the only frenzied activity.  To watch us in the dining room was an EXTRAORDINARY event.  Barbara P. didn't know that hubby Vito had such a ferocious appetite for deserts.  However, desert wasn't all that Vito indulged in, he made sure he tasted all he could of the extensive menu.  In fairness, let's not just pick on Vito, it seems our tables were the most active in the dining room.

KAHUNA GROUP CRUISE TO THE EASTERN CARIBBEAN

AUGUST 21 - AUGUST 28, 1999

It's the truth, our 7 day NCL cruise to the Eastern Caribbean on the ms NORWAY was absolutely  GLORIOUS.

This cruise was a repeat of one we did a couple of years ago.  Many of our guests were on that past NORWAY CRUISE and they had another EXTRAORDINARY  VACATION .  The itinerary included the EXOTIC islands of

St. Thomas, St. John, St. Maarten, and NCL's very own Private Island.

Congratulations to Al and  Sheila S. on winning the Twist contest.  They got people so riled up that they stood on tables cheering them on.  The dynamic couple also took charge of the casino with a nice winning streak.  It seems every time they cruise with us they hit the slots.

Speaking of dynamic duo's, Ron Jr. and Drew P. were snatched up by the ladies and they actually danced to the DISCO MUSIC!!  Even Dale G. went wild to the sounds of  Wild, Wild West.

Back on the Ranch, Western Night was the theme one evening and there were plenty of Cowboys and Cowgirls whooping  it up on deck.  It's always fun to watch them line dancing.  And the kids love it too.   In fact, little Brittany G. was the Belle of The Ball every night.  I  must admit though my favorite theme is Caribbean Night.  I just love the Conga lines and Limbo dancing.  Well, actually, I only watch them from the sidelines but I'm sure I have just as much fervor as the participants.

Yes, no doubt about it, this was another  EXCEPTIONAL cruise and everyone had a great time.
